Richland Real Estate Group LLC was established in September 2006 in the State of Texas. Its original name was Hepta Realty Group LLC, and the current name was adopted in September 2014.

Houston Texas-based Richland Real Estate Group is a fully integrated service company in commercial real estate investment to provide the highest level of quality services and value to our partners and clients. We specialize in real estate investment, property management and leasing, and site development throughout the Greater Houston area and other metropolitan areas in Texas.

Richland Real Estate Group is currently focused on small to midsize shopping plazas, industrial warehouses and farmland investments. As for a shopping plaza, we prefer to invest on a small to midsize shopping plaza defined as a premier multi-tenant neighborhood shopping plaza, located on main thoroughfare in a highly populated and high income area. As for a industrial warehouse, we prefer to invest on a multi-tenants’ light industrial warehouse with direct access to freeways. As for a farmland, we prefer to invest on a land tract on outskirts of cities and in surrounding counties in Texas, with high appreciation potentials.
