Acquisitions

We identify and acquire premier retail, industrial & warehouse, offices, multifamily properties and vacant land in areas with strong traffic and demographic profiles – that we hold to maximize long-term value, or that we acquire for our own investment and for our clients. Properties of this quality have historically provided high occupancy rates and leasing income, generating dependable income for our partners and clients. Currently, we are primarily focused on major metropolitan markets and their surrounding counties.

We use the following criterion for example to select a shopping plaza property, which include:

  • Population of 80,000 or more in three-mile radius
  • Average household income of $60,000 or more
  • Traffic counts in all directions of at least 25,000 cars per day
  • Thoroughfare road frontage and good visibility
  • High barriers of entry
 

We are interested in the following types of properties as part of our investment portfolio:

  • Multi-tenant shopping plazas
  • Offices and warehouses with multiple tenants along freeways
  • Multifamily residential apartments and condominiums
  • Vacant lan
